Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Resultory platform ("Service"), operated by EdenTouch CoLab Ltd ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Resultory is a first-customer intelligence platform. It helps founders:

• Turn product assumptions into testable customer hypotheses
• Discover and compare possible customer segments
• Track evidence and commitment
• Generate and review experiments
• Preserve learning across discovery cycles

Resultory does NOT generate leads, send outreach, or guarantee customers. It provides recommendations based on evidence the founder enters, and all recommendations include uncertainty.

3.1 Account creation:

You can create an account using:

• Email and password
• Google Sign-In (OAuth 2.0)
• Microsoft Sign-In (OAuth 2.0)

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.

3.2 Account security:

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account
• All activity under your account
• Notifying us of any unauthorised access

3.3 Account types:

• Free accounts (Explorer) have access to limited features
• Paid accounts (Builder, Accelerator) have access to additional features as described on our Pricing page

4.1 Google and Microsoft availability:

We offer Google Sign-In and Microsoft Sign-In as convenience features. We do not control the availability, uptime, or functionality of Google or Microsoft authentication services. If a provider's service is unavailable, you may need to use email and password to access your account.

4.2 Provider terms:

When you sign in with Google or Microsoft, you are also subject to their respective terms:

• Google: Google Terms of Service and Google API Services User Data Policy
• Microsoft: Microsoft Services Agreement

4.3 Consistent URLs:

The same URLs used for authentication on the homepage and login page must be registered consistently in both Google Cloud Console and Microsoft app registration. Any change to Resultory's domain or routes requires updating these registrations.

You agree NOT to:

• Use Resultory for spam, mass outreach, or unsolicited contact to any person
• Enter false, misleading, or fabricated data
• Attempt to access, scrape, or collect data belonging to other users
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the platform
• Use the Service to violate any law or regulation
• Introduce malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent feature limits

6.1 Your data:

You own the data you enter into Resultory, including venture descriptions, market assumptions, customer hypotheses, evidence, experiment data, and learning notes. We process this data to provide the Service to you.

6.2 AI-generated outputs:

Hypotheses, segment scores, recommendations, and reports generated by Resultory's AI are provided to you as part of the Service. These outputs:

• Are based on the data you provide
• Require your human review and judgement before acting
• Are NOT guaranteed to be unique, accurate, or complete
• Do NOT constitute business, legal, or financial advice
• Remain subject to your final decision (the PASS / REFINE / PAUSE framework is built into the platform for this reason)

6.3 Licence to us:

You grant EdenTouch CoLab Ltd a non-exclusive licence to process your data as necessary to provide the Service, generate AI outputs, and improve the platform. This licence ends when you delete your account.

6.4 Responsibility for content:

You are responsible for the accuracy of data you enter and for all business decisions you make based on Resultory's recommendations.

Resultory uses AI to generate customer hypotheses, segment comparisons, commitment analysis, and learning reports.

• AI-generated outputs are recommendations, not predictions or guarantees
• All outputs include stated uncertainty and evidence limitations
• You must review all AI-generated content before relying on it
• We are not liable for business decisions made based on AI-generated recommendations
• The PASS / REFINE / PAUSE decision framework is embedded in the platform to ensure human judgement is exercised at every stage

8.1 Resultory's IP:

The Resultory platform, its design, methodology, scoring systems, the Discovery Graph concept, the Segment Arena, the Commitment Ladder, and the Learning Reports system are the intellectual property of EdenTouch CoLab Ltd.

8.2 Your venture content:

You retain ownership of the venture data, product descriptions, assumptions, evidence, and notes you enter. These remain your intellectual property.

8.3 AI-generated outputs:

AI-generated hypotheses, scores, and reports are provided to you for your use within the Service. You may export and use them. You may not represent them as the work of a third party.

9.1 Plans:

• Explorer: Free, with limited features
• Builder: £49/month (or annual equivalent) — the recommended plan for active founders
• Accelerator: £199/month (or annual equivalent) — for founders building a repeatable discovery system

9.2 Billing:

• Paid plans are billed in advance
• Monthly plans are billed each month
• Annual plans are billed once per year at a discounted rate

9.3 Cancellation:

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access until then.

9.4 Refunds:

Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact support@edentouchcolab.com.

9.5 Price changes:

We may change pricing with reasonable notice. Existing subscribers will be notified before any change takes effect.

10.1 Service "as is":

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

10.2 No guarantee of results:

Resultory does not guarantee:

• Finding customers
• Revenue results
• Accuracy of AI-generated recommendations
• Availability of the Service at all times

10.3 Liability cap:

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EdenTouch CoLab Ltd's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. For free accounts, liability is limited to £10.

10.4 Excluded liability:

We are not liable for:

• Business decisions made based on platform recommendations
• Loss of revenue, profits, or business opportunities
• Data loss (you are responsible for exporting important data)
• Third-party service failures (Google, Microsoft, hosting providers)

11.1 By you:

You can delete your account at any time. Account deletion will remove your personal data and venture data within 30 days.

11.2 By us:

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in abuse, or if we are required to by law.

11.3 Effect of termination:

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends. We will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms. We will notify you of significant changes by email or through the platform. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
