Ranked segments, side by side
Example segment ranking. The accessible labels below describe what each row shows.
- Mid-tier firms — highest battle score, marked as the winning segment.
- House builders — still competing, mid-ranked.
- Solo surveyors — falling behind, lowest score.
An AI-generated persona is still a hypothesis. Resultory keeps several possibilities alive until real evidence makes one stronger.
What each comparison answers
| Dimension | Question answered |
|---|---|
| Problem pressure | How active and consequential is the problem? |
| Evidence strength | How much verified support exists? |
| Frequency | How often does the problem occur? |
| Workaround intensity | Are people already spending time or money solving it? |
| Buyer accessibility | Can the founder realistically reach them? |
| Trust path | Is there a warm or contextual route? |
| Commitment | Are people moving beyond interest? |
| Confidence | How complete and reliable is the evidence? |
Component scores, not one hidden total

Decision states
Each segment moves toward one of three decisions. Colour signals state; the label and icon make it legible without colour.
Sufficient evidence supports another test.
Plausible, but one important unknown must be answered.
Current evidence does not justify more founder effort.
Segment history
Ranks change as evidence arrives. Failed segments and unworked candidates are kept — not just the winners.
