Our story
Resultory started with a simple observation. Founders would build something, launch it, and then freeze. They had a product but no clear idea who needed it. They would guess at an ideal customer, send outreach, get little response, and then pivot to a different guess. The cycle would repeat. Months would pass.
The problem wasn't effort. The problem was method. These founders were searching for customers the way you search for a lost key — checking the same pockets over and over. What they needed was a way to test their assumptions, compare possibilities, and let evidence — not hope — decide where to focus.
That's what Resultory does. It turns the messy, intuitive process of customer discovery into a structured, evidence-led practice that any founder can follow.
What we believe
Clarity before commitment.
Don't commit to a customer segment before the evidence supports it.
Evidence before outreach.
Don't contact anyone until you understand why they might need what you have.
Discovery over lead generation.
Finding who needs you is harder — and more valuable — than finding names.
Commitment over activity.
Replies and opens are not progress. Real commitment is.
Learning over hoping.
Every experiment produces knowledge, whether it succeeds or fails. Record it.
Honesty over hype.
No guaranteed buyers. No fake testimonials. No inflated claims. Just the method and the evidence.
Who built this
Resultory is built and operated by EdenTouch CoLab Ltd, a service design collective based in the UK. EdenTouch CoLab helps founders move from idea chaos to validated, executable business models — using a clarity-first methodology developed across years of UX research, service design, and founder coaching.
Resultory is the product of that methodology — a platform that operationalises what we've been teaching founders to do manually: test assumptions, compare segments, run experiments, track commitment, and preserve learning.
